Abstract:Inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery (IPDA) aneurysms have been associated with celiac axis stenosis and occlusion. Retrograde flow through the IPDA arcade has been hypothesized to cause enlargement of these vessels and lead to aneurysm formation.
