Such aneurysms are very rare in either ventricle after accidental trauma, whether open or closed (Joachim and Mays, 1927;Lyons and Perkins, 1958;Kerr, Wilcken, and Steiner, 1961 ;Stansel et al, 1963;Panday, Parulkar, Kelkar, and Sen, 1965).
