Recurrent epistaxis in a nine-year-old boy: benign or malignant?

Abstract: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a rare cause of epistaxis amongst children in the UK. Early flexible nasendoscopy can help delineate both benign and sinister causes of symptoms in this region.
