Recurrent aseptic meningitis in association with Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease: case report and literature review

Abstract: BackgroundKikuchi Fujimoto disease (KFD), or histiocytic necrotising lymphadenitis, is a benign and self-limiting condition characterised by primarily affecting the cervical lymph nodes.
