Recurrence of conjunctival exuberant granulation tissue in a pony

Abstract: SummaryA 22‐year‐old pony mare was presented at the Equine Hospital of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine with a pedunculated exuberant granulation tissue (EGT) located at the lateral bulbar conjunctiva of the right eye. The granulation tissue, diagnosed by histology, grew over three and a half weeks after a superior and inferior Gundersen inlay flap procedure.
