Abstract:Background: Rectovaginal fistula (RVF) remains a complex complication following gender-affirming vaginoplasty. This review aims to evaluate RVF repair techniques and outcomes following vaginoplasty. Methods: A systematic review was performed per PRISMA guidelines.
