“…Figure shows the I–V curves of the LHMO/STON heterojunction measured in the dark and under light irradiation ( λ = 532 nm) at 40, 100, 160, and 220 K, respectively. Addition to the excellent rectifying behavior, the heterojunction exhibits a significant photoelectric effect in a broad temperature range from 40 to 300 K, which is similar to other manganites/Nb:STO heterojunctions . The photoelectric conversion efficiencies are 0.0159, 0.0191, 0.0184, and 0.00213% at the temperature of 40, 140, 220, and 300 K, respectively, which is comparable to the reported results .…”
