Recovery-oriented Care in Public Mental Health Policies in Spain: Opportunities and Barriers

Abstract: Following the guidelines of the United Nations (2006) and the World Health Organization (2013Organization ( , 2019e, 2021b, the mental health and addictions strategic plans in our country currently propose a person-centred, community-based, recovery-oriented, and rights-based care.
