Recovering Past Reflections: X-ray Fluorescence Imaging of Electrocleaned 19th Century Daguerreotypes

Abstract: The first commercially viable photographic image, the daguerreotype, captured images for a span of approximately 20 years . DeDterioration now disfigures many of these valuable images.
