Recovering Gene Interactions from Single-Cell Data Using Data Diffusion

Abstract: Single-cell RNA-sequencing technologies suffer from many sources of technical noise, including under-sampling of mRNA molecules, often termed ‘dropout’, which can severely obscure important gene-gene relationships.
