Reconstructive and Stabilizing Ability of the Maize Lines in Sterile Cytoplasm “M” and “C” Types of CMS

Abstract: Seeds of maize hybrids in the Russian Federation are obtained using CMS, therefore it is necessary to transfer the developed hybrids to a sterile basis to introduce them into production. The purpose of the work is to study the reaction of self-pollinated maize lines to various types of CMS.
