Reconstruction of non-forward evolution kernels

Abstract: We develop a framework for the reconstruction of the non-forward kernels which govern the evolution of twist-two distribution amplitudes and off-forward parton distributions beyond leading order. It is based on the knowledge of the special conformal symmetry breaking part induced by the one-loop anomaly and conformal terms generated by forward next-to-leading order splitting functions, and thus avoids an explicit two-loop calculation. We demonstrate the formalism by applying it to the chiral odd and flavour si… Show more

“…We will perform JHEP05(2018)184 resummmation of the above-mentioned large logarithms at NLL accuracy by applying the two-loop RG equation of the twist-two photon DA and by setting the factorization scale as µ ∼ m b . The NLO evolution kernel V 1 in QCD can be decomposed as follows [28][29][30] 45) where the explicit expressions of the evolution functions can be found in [29]. Symmetry properties of the RG evolution equation (3.39) imply the series expansion of the leadingtwist photon DA in terms of the Gegenbauer polynomials…”

“…Various theoretical frameworks exist that take into account e.g. the target mass and finite-t corrections [71,72], the soft-collinear resummation of DVCS [64,65], higher order effects either in the coefficient function [54][55][56][57][58] or in the evolution kernel [78][79][80][81][82]. All theoretical frameworks should work all the same with a given GPD model.…”
