Reconstruction of incomplete X-ray diffraction pole figures of oligocrystalline materials using deep learning

Abstract: X-ray diffraction crystallography allows non-destructive examination of crystal structures. Furthermore, it has low requirements regarding surface preparation, especially compared to electron backscatter diffraction.
