Reconstruction of elbow defect with radial collateral artery perforator flap

Abstract: Background: Distal fingertip amputations with exposed bone is challenging for the surgeon to manage. In order to reconstruct a good sensate pulp with appropriate closure, various flaps are advocated in the literature.
