Reconstruction of a Human Skin Equivalent Using a Spontaneously Transformed Keratinocyte Cell Line (HaCaT)

Abstract: Reconstruction of a skin equivalent using an immortalized human keratinocyte line, HaCaT, was investigated in an attempt to generate an in vitro system representative for human skin.
