Abstract:Compressed sensing (CS) is a recent breakthrough in the signal processing area. In this letter, we propose to use the compressed sensing to reconstruct the near-field pattern from a small set of measurements. Results for the near magnetic field recovery on the printed circuit board (PCB) from limited real data and comparisons with the analytical results are provided, showing the validity of the proposed approach in the reduction of the measurement expense. Keywords: compressed sensing, near field, electromagne… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
