Reconstruct the near-field pattern from limited measurements based on compressed sensing

Abstract: Compressed sensing (CS) is a recent breakthrough in the signal processing area. In this letter, we propose to use the compressed sensing to reconstruct the near-field pattern from a small set of measurements. Results for the near magnetic field recovery on the printed circuit board (PCB) from limited real data and comparisons with the analytical results are provided, showing the validity of the proposed approach in the reduction of the measurement expense. Keywords: compressed sensing, near field, electromagne… Show more
