Abstract:Coarse-Grained Reconfigurable Arrays (CGRAs) have emerged as a powerful solution to speedup computationally intensive applications. Heterogeneous MPSoC architectures containing such reconfigurable accelerators have the advantage of providing high flexibility, power-efficiency, and high performance. However, CGRAs may suffer from a data access bottleneck. To mitigate this problem, we present a reconfigurable buffer architecture for CGRAs. Here, the buffers can be configured at runtime to select between differen… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
