It is recommended that youth with DSD be treated within interdisciplinary care clinics (Bakula et al, 2017), and that psychosocial screening of patient-reported outcomes be integrated into routine practice in order to identify youth and families in need of behavioral health interventions (Mattson et al, 2019). Therefore, screening for pediatric parenting stress during an interdisciplinary DSD clinic can yield information on the degree of pediatric parenting stress experienced by parents and help to identify parents who may benefit from additional psychosocial support.…”
