Recommendations for the Development of a Residential Energy Standard

Abstract: In June 1983, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Standards Committee appointed an ad hoc committee to revise Standard 90 for Residential Buildings.
