Abstract: In this study, we developed a new diagnostic assay based on the recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) technology to detect Plenodomus tracheiphilus, the anamorphic fungus responsible for the destructive vascular disease of lemon named mal secco, in infected tissues of host plants.
