Recognition: Is It Just a Bunch of Fluff, or Is It the Right Stuff?

Abstract: Society of Pediatric Nurses AT A TIME when nurses are in high demand, what can organizations do to retain their experienced, highly skilled nurses? Is recognition just a bunch of fluff, or is it the right stuff? Can non-monetary recognition really impact nurse retention rates?
