COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2. There are two ways of contamination risk, namely spreading through droplets or aerosol-type spreading into the air with people's speech in crowded environments. The best way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in a crowd public area is to follow social distance rules. Violation of the social distance is a common situation in areas where people frequently visit such as hospitals, schools and shopping centers. In this study, an artificial intelligence-based social distance determination study was developed in order to detect social distance violations in crowded areas. Within the scope of the study, a new dataset was proposed to determine social distance between pedestrians. The YOLOv3 algorithm, which is very successful in object detection, was compared with the SSD-MobileNET, which is considered to be a light weighted model, and the traditionally handcrafted methods Haar-like cascade and HOG methods. Inability to obtain depth information, which is one of the biggest problems encountered in monocular cameras, has been tried to be eliminated by perspective transformation. In this way, the social distance violation detected in specific area is notified by the system to the relevant people with a warning.

In order to study the intelligent tourism route planning scheme based on a weighted mining algorithm, firstly, a traveling salesman problem based on an improved weighted mining algorithm is proposed. Then, based on the traveling salesman problem, the constraints of travel time and driving time are added, and the mathematical model aiming at the minimum number of travel days is established. The improved weighted mining algorithm is used to solve the model: firstly, the scenic spots are divided into regions according to provinces and solved; then, the regions of some scenic spots are modified and solved again according to the solution results, and the specific itinerary is given; finally, based on the route planning problem and considering a variety of transportation modes, a double objective mathematical model with the optimal tourism cost and the best tourism experience is established. When solving, the double objective is reasonably transformed into a single objective, the model is solved by comprehensively considering the tourism cost and tourism experience, and the specific schedule is given according to the solution results.

Image Recognition of Standard Actions in Sports Videos Based on Feature Fusion

Standard actions are crucial to sports training of athletes and daily exercise of ordinary people. There are two key issues in sports action recognition: the extraction of sports action features, and the classification of sports actions. The existing action recognition algorithms cannot work effectively on sports competitions, which feature high complexity, fine class granularity, and fast action speed. To solve the problem, this paper develops an image recognition method of standard actions in sports videos, which merges local and global features. Firstly, the authors combed through the functions and performance required for the recognition of standard actions of sports, and proposed an attention-based local feature extraction algorithm for the frames of sports match videos. Next, a sampling algorithm was developed based on time-space compression, and a standard sports action recognition algorithm was designed based on time-space feature fusion, with the aim to fuse the time-space features of the standard actions in sports match videos, and to overcome the underfitting problem of direct fusion of time-space features extracted by the attention mechanism. The workflow of these algorithms was explained in details. Experimental results confirm the effectiveness of our approach.
