Recognising and managing the impostor phenomenon

Abstract: Have you ever wondered when you would be ‘found out’, or concerned that you would be discovered to be the fraud you think you are? Perhaps you worry about making a mistake because it would ‘prove’ that you’re not perfect and, therefore, no good at what you do. Many people share similar feelings, and this article aims to provide ways of accepting and managing these.
