Abstract:Background. The present article investigates the reciprocal action of specific medium effects on electromagnetic waves propagation. The object of study is a moving dielectric, which at rest already demonstrate bianisotropic properties, i. e., it is a synthetic material, e. g., chiral media with Ω-particles.
