Abstract: <p style="text-align: justify;">Au cours de ce nouveau travail, nous nous proposons d'étudier l'adsorption et la désorption sélective des composés phénoliques du vin rouge sur la p.v.p., appliquée plus particulièrement au fractionnement des flavolanes.</p>
