Abstract:Chalcogenide perovskites, ABX<sub>3</sub> crystal structure with X=S, Se or Te, are emerging light absorber as an alternative to toxic and unstable halide perovskites. Despite their promising properties, the absence of low-temperature solution processing poses a major obstacle for chalcogenide perovskite-based optoelectronic devices.
