“…The results of the study indicate that the impact of the Art Education Program on the development of the drawing abilities of six-year-old gifted children is significant. This research enriches and supports the literature by verifying that art programs developed for these gifted children support their developments in artistic areas, such as drawing (Geffen, 1991;Gilbert & Zimmerman, 1998;Li-Ming, 2007), and also supports the literature by verifying that art education programs promote children's drawing abilities (Barnes, 2002;Brookes, 1996;Morelock & Morrison, 1999).
