“…In dry states, σ tot of α-Ba 2 Sc 0.83 Al 1.17 O 5 is almost independent of P(O 2 ) from 10 −4 to 10 −23 atm at 600 °C and 10 −4 to 10 −20 atm at 800 °C, suggesting that ion conduction is dominant.
