“…At present, common cognition of the pathogenesis of RA focuses on the immune abnormalities caused by the innate and external environments, which will attract many inammatory mediators to focus on the large joints, leading to synovitis and bone damage. 114,115 TCM has its own theories and strategies relating to the function of the disease, from the dialectical type to symptomatic treatment; this is conducted under the guidance of clinical specications. TCM uses CHMs and their natural products to affect RA, and it is undeniable that the above-mentioned CHM compounds and their herbal extracts have an antagonistic effect on RA patients and experimental animal models, which can be described through the inhibition of synovitis, vascular hyperplasia, bone disorders and immune cells being out of balance.…”

“…炮制过程可以引起中药的组分结构发生变化, 这 些变化主要体现在成分的含量变化以及结构改变. 中 药产生临床疗效的基础是其中的药效成分被吸收进入 体内, 因此, 研究炮制过程对药物组分在体内吸收过程 的影响, 对于揭示中药的炮制机理具有重要意义 [35] .…”

“…At present, studies have confi rmed that the metabolism of BA is affected by the metabolism of gut microbiota that is an important factor affecting BA absorption and signaling pathways, thus acting on host metabolism, such as obesity, lipid metabolism, diabetes, liver disease, intestinal mucosal function, colon cancer and cardiovascular are related to BA metabolism and BA signal regulation [711,[12][13][14][15][16][17][18]. Therefore, this paper reviews the understanding cross-talk between bile acids and gut microbiota.…”
