Recent advances in mRNA-LNP therapeutics: immunological and pharmacological aspects

Abstract: In the last decade, the development of messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutics by lipid nanoparticles (LNP) leads to facilitate clinical trial recruitment, which improves the efficacy of treatment modality to a large extent.
