Recalibration of LBM Populations for Construction of Grid Refinement with No Interpolation

Abstract: Grid refinement is used to reduce computing costs while maintaining the precision of fluid simulation. In the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM), grid refinement often uses interpolated values.
