“…Another feature that Weber (1905) pointed out in Aceratherium schlosseri is the big minimal distance between the parietal crests, which is 90 mm in the lectotype. This was also discussed by Kampouridis et al (2022b) who considered a minimal distance between the parietal crests of over 70 mm as a diagnostic feature of C. schlosseri that is not seen in other chilotheres (Table 2). In GPIH 3015 this distance is 89 mm, thus very close to the lectotype of Aceratherium schlosseri.…”
