Realization of Attenuator and Amplifier Using Photonic Crystal Fiber

Abstract: The present paper realises the attenuator and amplifier of electromagnetic signals with silicon-based, square-type photonic crystal fiber. In this research, the input signal varies from 30 eV to 30,000 eV, which lies within the x-ray regime.
