Abstract:Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) has been the preferred imaging modality to help guide left atrial appendage closure. Newer technologies such as the Nuvision 4D Intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) catheter allow for real-time 3D imaging of cardiac anatomy.
