Abstract:Rufinamide is new antiepileptic drugs (AED), relatively well absorbed in the lower dose range, and is currently being used in antiepileptic medications, as well as containing a triazole structure. Triazoles are heterocycles containing three nitrogen atoms in a five-membered aromatic ring.
