Abstract

Based on the analysis of the development of the Azerbaijan EPS, it is distinguished by its power and network structure, expanded intersystem communications, and is substantiated by a monitoring and control plan based on synchrophasor measurements of the state of the reliability mode - an indicator of energy security.
