It can be seen that there are some shortcomings in the traditional treatment technology, which requires the emergence of more novel and practical technologies. The major challenges to tackle the early diagnosis and treatment of disease include discovering a means to real-time and in-situ detection of drug action and precise delivery of drugs.With the rapid development of nanomaterial technology, nano-drug delivery system provides a new opportunity to establish an effective integration of realtime diagnosis and treatment of cancer. [6] The safe and intelligent drug therapy is the key technology of tumor therapy, which is important to choose a kind of porous sensing film providing specific and sensitive refractive index (RI) changes. Metalorganic frameworks (MOFs) are crystalline materials with large surface area, adjustable pore size and high affinity, which are used to encapsulate bioactive molecules to form sensitive biometric recognition membranes. Compared with other substrates, MOFs can protect biomolecules from high temperatures and organic solvents. [7,8] In general, the physical and chemical properties of the drugs loaded by MOFs don't change. Drug molecules can be released to put into effect through external environment stimulation, free diffusion or skeleton degradation. Especially, due to the advantages of easy modification and high drug loading of zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF-8), it has great potential for the development of biosensors. [9,10] Optical fiber sensing technology has injected vitality into modern medical drug-loading detection technology, which reflects superior performance, such as compact and flexible structure, remote detection, anti-electromagnetic interference, reusability, biocompatibility, high sensitivity, and real-time monitoring. [11] The key point is that microfiber sensor can provide strong evanescent fields out of fiber cladding for high-sensitive biochemical measurement.
