Real machine Test inversion research of J Pumped Storage Power Station

Abstract: Accurate prediction of transition process is an important issue in the design and operation of pumped storage power station. In this paper, combined with load rejection test of J Pumped-storage Power Station, the basic equation of water flow motion and the element matrix equation of the turbine were established first, and the calculation model was established through HYSIM software. Then for the 100% load rejection control condition, the inversion calculation and analysis of actual load rejection test under th… Show more

“…At present, there are three types of analysis and research on the inversion calculation of the transition process of pumped storage power station: 1) The numerical simulation results are compared and analyzed with the measured data directly after the load rejecting test, and a reasonable correction amount is selected for the extreme values inversion analysis of other load rejecting conditions [1][2][3][4][5].2) Using different methods to extract the mean data of the measured data of the load rejection test, subtracting the mean data from the measured original data to obtain the measured pressure pulsation data, and making appropriate corrections to the calculation results of other load rejection conditions according to the pressure pulsation level [6][7][8]. 3) The mean data of the measured data of the load rejection test is extracted by different methods, the measured pressure pulsation data is obtained by subtracting the mean data from the measured original data, and the measured pressure pulsation data is added to the average data of other similar calculated load rejection conditions to invert the instantaneous pressure change process of other similar load rejection conditions [9,10].…”
