Real Estate in the Netherlands: A Taxonomy of Risks and Policy Challenges

Abstract: Soaring real estate prices and valuations despite the economic downturn brought by the pandemic have focussed the attention of Dutch policymakers on potential macro-financial and socio-economic implications.
