Readiness of Primary Care Practices for Medical Home Certification

Abstract: WHAT'S KNOWN ON THIS SUBJECT: Practice characteristics, such as practice size, have been associated with the readiness of adult primary care practices for medical home certification. Little is known about how ready primary care practices for children are for medical home certification.WHAT THIS STUDY ADDS: Primary care practices for children attained only 38% of the infrastructure required for medical home certification.
