Reactive cutaneous capillary endothelial proliferation treated successfully by oral itraconazole: A case report

Abstract

A 39-year-old female visited our clinic, complaining of multiple red plaques all over her body for 2 months in April 2023. Two months ago, she received intravenous camrelizumab (Cam) 200 mg treating diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DL-BL). Several days later, red papules appeared on her scalp, face, neck, and chest, which gradually involved the bilateral upper limbs. One month ago, she received the same injection, after which the lesions rapidly enlarged in size and increased in number.
