Reachability and Observability of Positive Linear Electrical Circuits Systems Described by Generalized Fractional Derivatives

Abstract: Positive linear electrical circuits systems described by generalized fractional derivatives are studied in this paper. We mainly focus on the reachability and observability of linear electrical circuits systems.
