“…In the case of law enforcement agencies, especially the RAB, may not get this justification, as in most of the cases the victims of crossfire or encounter were opposition party leader or a businessmen, which seems to be a political interest of a certain class (Riaz, 2005). In those cases, it may not be necessary to use lethal force, but sometime, the crossfire by the RAB was alleged to be faked (Mariategui, 2010). The state has a duty to respect the rights to life that are being violated by its law enforcement agencies, especially the RAB in this case.…”
