Rationally Designed Matrix‐Free Carbon Dots with Wavelength‐Tunable Room‐Temperature Phosphorescence

Abstract: We report the rational design of the matrix-free carbon dots (C-dots) with long wavelength and wavelengthtunable room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP).
