Abstract

OBJECTIVEThe aim of this tutorial is to discuss the rationale for choosing intrathecal drugs for long-term infusions in chronic pain. The objective of this tutorial is to provide an algorithm for when to choose the appropriate intrathecal drug and how to program the pump for longterm infusion.
