Abstract: DNA tetrahedron nanostructure (DTNs) has the merits of simple synthesis, high yield, structural stability, and mechanical rigidity, and its three-dimensional structure provides a satisfactory biosensing interface to the improvement of the binding efficiency of antigenic proteins and antibodies.
