Abstract:
Introduction: Rasmussen’s syndrome (RS) is a rare immunomediated disease of childhood-predominant onset, presenting with refractory epilepsy and neurological deficits associated to progressive brain hemiatrophy. Its pathophysiological mechanisms are not well understood, and the effect of immunotherapy is not ascertained.
