Abstract:The rarefied gas flow between two coaxial cylinders caused by the evaporation and condensation on their surfaces is investigated on the basis of the kinetic and hydrodynamical equations. It is assumed that the cylinders may rotate with equal angular velocity. The equilibrium is perturbed by the small density difference of evaporated particles on the inner cylinder.
