Rare Primary Fallopian Tube Grade 2 Neuroendocrine Tumor: A Case Report With Review of Literature

Abstract: Neuroendocrine neoplasms commonly arise from the gastrointestinal tract and lungs. Less commonly, they may occur in the gynecologic tract, typically within the ovary of a mature cystic teratoma. Primary neuroendocrine neoplasms of the fallopian tube are exceptionally rare and only a total of 11 cases have been reported in the literature.
