Abstract: Acinic cell carcinoma (ACC) arising in the salivary glands is a rare tumor. It is a low-grade malignant salivary gland tumor. It is predominantly seen in females and occurs in the fifth and sixth decades of life. It is mostly located in the parotid gland. ACC has a significant potential for recurrence and metastasis.
